Great watch. Mediocre customer service.

One of the nicest watches I’ve ever seen. As far as durability goes, I’ve only owned it for a week, so stay tuned. However, after spending several hundred dollars on one of their products, I inquired as to if they offer a discount to customers who purchase a companion bracelet, to which I was summarily blown off. Imo, it’s a no-brainer.
